Thinking of visiting Kauai and you love mountain biking? Here are some things to consider:

• Most bike rentals serve the Ke Ala Hele Coastal Path with cruisers, e-bikes and other bikes appropriate for paved surfaces. Ke Ala Hele Coastal Path is an amazing paved multi-use path on along the east coast of Kauai. Only Hele on Kauai offers mountain bike rentals. Please call them for more information.
• The trails we have are all community maintained and are not listed publicly online.
• Kauai has incredible weather, but it is also unpredictable, especially in the mountains.  Things can get muddy in minutes.
• The trails are not professionally maintained, so take care.  And enjoy the incredible beauty of our island.
